Cranial Therapy (Cranio-Sacral Therapy)

Cranial Therapy, also know as Cranial Osteopathy or Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CST).

It uses light touch techniques to release tension around your body. It connects with your central nervous system, meninges, and connective tissue network (aka fascia).

Cranial Therapy can help adults and teenagers with symptoms including stress & anxiety, general pain syndromes (ie. fibromyalgia), headaches & neck pain, poor immune system or with the side effects of heavy medication.

Massage Therapy

Sports Massage

We catter for athletes & sportsclubs across all major sports, whether you are new to recreational sports, gym, or high performance oriented.

The Clinic has experience working with Intercounty football players, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black belts, professional horse riders, international athletes & Marathon winners.

Treatment involves bespoke deep tissue massage, combined with Muscle Energy or stretch/resist Techniques to optimise recovery & reduce injury risk.
